We cater to MSME units, small-scale manufacturers, and industrial clients all over India. We are growing fast and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. 📌 Job Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities within targeted industrial segments. Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and technical demos. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Engage in direct client acquisition, cold calling, and follow-ups. Maintain long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and after-sales support. Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure timely updates. Collaborate with internal technical and service teams for client solutions. Conduct market research to understand trends, customer behavior, and competition. Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events. 🧑‍💼 Required Skills & Competencies/Core Skills: Strong understanding of industrial equipment or engineering goods. Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills in B2B environments. Ability to prepare quotations and explain technical features. Proven lead generation and sales closure capabilities. Soft Skills: Excellent communication (Hindi & English). Strong presentation and analytical thinking. Customer-centric and target-driven mindset. Good MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM knowledge. 🎓 Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business (BBA/B.Com) or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). MBA in Marketing/Sales is an added advantage. 🧭 Preferred Previous Experience Sales experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or engineering products. Experience in MSME sales and dealing with factory owners, industrial buyers.
