We're looking for passionate professionals for the following roles: 🔹 Business Development Manager (BDM) 🔹 General Manager  🔹 Licensing Manager    Location: Bhopal Venue: Plot No. 3, E-8, Arera Colony, Bhopal, Basant Kunj, next to Avira Panter  Company: Marucom Industries, ISO-certified & award-winning  Experience: 48 years (preferred)  Salary Range: ₹22,000-₹45,000 per month (commensurate with experience)  Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred), BE   Preferred Industry Experience:  We welcome candidates with proven experience in FMCG, HDPE, PVC, UPVC, CPVC, LED lighting, bulbs, solar solutions, fertilizers, pesticides, tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, drones, agricultural machinery, construction and infrastructure equipment, water treatment, sewage & drainage systems, cable protection, and gas pipelines. Role & Responsibilities of General Manager  As the General Manager at Marucom Industries, you will be at the helm of driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring strategic execution across all departments. Your mission will be to inspire and guide your team toward achieving ambitious sales and operational targets while creating a culture of excellence and accountability. You will oversee the complete business cycle, from identifying opportunities and generating high-quality leads to developing winning strategies, negotiating deals, and ensuring their successful closure. In this role, you will bridge leadership vision with on-the-ground action, monitor market trends, and implement innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition. Strong leadership, sharp business acumen, and the ability to convert vision into results are essential for success.   2. Role & Responsibilities: Business Development Manager  As a Business Development Manager at Marucom Industries, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion and client engagement. Your role will involve identifying high-potential opportunities in government, infrastructure, FMCG, and private sectors, building long-term partnerships with decision-makers, and turning leads into successful business deals. You will lead tender participation, prepare competitive proposals, and ensure timely submissions. Regular client visits, site inspections, and solution presentations will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities. You will also track sales targets, maintain detailed MIS reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and client satisfaction. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.   3. Role & Responsibilities: Licensing Manager As the Licensing Manager at Marucom Industries, you will lead our licensing and compliance function with precision, speed, and strategic impact. Your role will go beyond paperwork; you will drive a proactive team to identify business opportunities through licensing channels, secure necessary approvals, and enable smooth market entry for our products. From monitoring tender portals and government notifications to ensuring every license, certification, and permit is up-to-date, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to understand project requirements, prepare complete documentation for tenders and government deals, and ensure compliance that gives us a competitive edge.
