Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in defence, particularly armoured vehicles, tanks, and spares.
  • Build and maintain relationships with AVNL, MoD, DRDO, Armed Forces, and key stakeholders.
  • Track and respond to defence tenders, RFPs, and RFQs with compliant proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with government and private clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with AVNL’s product portfolio.
  • Provide market intelligence on defence procurement, competitors, and policy updates.
  • Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and production teams to align offerings with customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with DAP, government procurement rules, and QA/QC standards.
  • Achieve sales targets, maintain a healthy business pipeline, and deliver regular reports to management.
  • Two Wheeler Must.
  • English proficiency plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
