Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Dhanori, Pune
Experience Required: 4–15 years

About company: Fast-growing organization in the events industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Pitch services and solutions to corporate and social event clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Work closely with internal teams (production, creative, operations) to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, and pipeline activity.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
• Good understanding of event industry trends and client needs
• Ability to handle multiple leads and client meetings

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
