Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sales and onboard businesses onto our platform. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching our online visibility solutions, and building long-term relationships with clients to help them grow through our marketplace and directory services. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and acquire new business clients across various industries. Pitch platform benefits to SMEs, traders, and service providers for listings and lead generation. Conduct meetings (field or virtual) with decision-makers to close deals. Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly acquisition & revenue targets. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client on boarding. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or similar roles.
