Goel Ganga Developments, a stalwart in the real estate sector in Pune, is seeking a strategic and visionary Business Development Manager to guide our expansion and diversification plans. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and landowners, IPCs and industry stakeholders. - Find new land opportunities for company to buy, partner on, lease, etc. Identify potential land acquisition opportunities (outright, JV, JDA, lease, etc.) in Pune and potentially in Mumbai. - Evaluate and manage proposals across various verticals including residential, commercial, logistics, schools, hospitals, co-working, and co-living spaces. - Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and alignment with our business objectives. Qualifications: - Significant experience in real estate business development, particularly in the Pune market. Familiarity with the Mumbai market will be a plus. - Strong network of contacts, particularly with brokers, in the Pune real estate sector. - Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills. - Deep understanding of the real estate market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements in Pune. - Proven track record of finding and finalizing profitable land deals.
