Job Title: Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity and IT Sales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5-8 years in IT Sales, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity solutions

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Cybersecurity and IT services domain to achieve revenue targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies, participate in RFPs, and negotiate contracts.

4. Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to the leadership team.

6. Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance metrics to management.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. MBA is preferred.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in B2B sales within the Cybersecurity, IT Services, or Technology domains.

2. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions such as firewalls, endpoint security, cloud security, SIEM, SOC, etc.

Sales Skills:

1. Expertise in consultative selling, lead generation, and deal closing.

2. Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO, Salesforce, or similar platforms.

Technical Knowledge:

1. Understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and emerging cybersecurity threats.

2. Ability to discuss technical solutions with clients and liaise with internal technical teams.

Soft Skills:

1. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

3. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
