Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Field & Academic Representative who can represent CivilGuruji in colleges and institutions, drive field outreach, deliver high-impact seminars, and convert leads into admissions.

You’ll play a pivotal role in building academic relationships, counseling students, and ensuring the reach of CivilGuruji’s mission across educational and professional circles.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges/institutes to generate leads and drive outreach
• Conduct career-oriented seminars and webinars for civil engineering students
• Establish and maintain collaborations with academic institutions
• Convert student and institutional leads into successful admissions
• Engage with TPOs, HODs, and Principals to build brand presence
• Counsel students on training programs, career scope, and technical growth
• Manage lead tracking, CRM entries, and follow-up documentation
• Achieve monthly admission and collaboration targets

Required Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in civil field work, training, or outreach
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for seminars and academic visits
• Passion for mentoring and education outreach

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability
