Job Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic partnerships in the areas of film production, fashion shows, brand shoots, and events. The role involves client acquisition, sponsorship generation, coordination with production and creative teams, and managing end-to-end project execution to ensure revenue targets and client satisfaction are achieved. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and develop new business opportunities in film production, advertising, brand shoots, fashion shows, and events. Build and maintain a strong network of clients, agencies, production houses, and brands. Develop proposals and pitch presentations to attract new clients and sponsors. Negotiate contracts, budgets, and timelines to ensure profitable business deals. 2. Sponsorship & Brand Partnerships Generate sponsorships and collaborations for films, fashion shows, and events. Identify potential sponsors, pitch partnership ideas, and close sponsorship deals. Develop customized brand integration strategies for films, photoshoots, and fashion events. 3. Project & Production Coordination Coordinate with production teams for films, ad shoots, and photoshoots to ensure client expectations are met. Supervise pre-production, production, and post-production activities as required. Liaise between clients, creative teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects. 4. Event & Fashion Show Management Plan, organize, and manage fashion shows, brand activations, and corporate events. Coordinate with designers, models, makeup artists, choreographers, and other event professionals. Ensure seamless event flow from concept to completion. 5. Casting & Talent Coordination Source and manage talent for brand shoots, films, and photoshoots. Work closely with casting directors, agencies, and artists. Handle talent negotiations, scheduling, and contracts. 6. Marketing & Relationship Management Develop marketing strategies to promote company services and productions. Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners. Represent the company at networking events, film festivals, and fashion industry meets. --- Key Skills & Competencies: Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of film production, event management, and brand marketing. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Network within the entertainment, fashion, and media industry preferred. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
