Canspin Industries Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality sliver cans, castor wheels, trolleys, and accessories for the spinning and textile industry. With a production capacity of over 300,000 sliver cans annually and a legacy rooted in precision engineering, we serve clients across India and international markets. As we expand our footprint with a new corporate office in Ahmedabad, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our core team and play a vital role in driving growth and exploring new markets. Salary: To be discussed during interview Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities with spinning mills and textile industries in India and abroad. Build and manage a strong network of agents, distributors, and industry contacts in key markets. Handle inquiries, provide quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Collaborate with the internal production and operations team for smooth order execution. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and new trends. Travel to customer sites, trade fairs, and exhibitions (as needed). Maintain and update client databases, CRM tools, and daily reporting. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or export sales (preferably in textile or machinery sectors). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
