Job Description

Who We're Looking For We’re in search of an Industrial Sales Leader / Business Development Manager who understands how Process industries/EPC Companies work — and more importantly, how to win their trust. This is a target-based role, perfect for someone who thrives on fieldwork, understands client pain-points, and has the technical and sales acumen to work out solutions & close deals across multiple sectors. Has good exposure in Selling Equipment/Products to various EPC Companies and Process Industries including Chemicals & Pharma, Minerals & Metals, Pulp & Paper, Sugar & Food products, Power & Infra, Semiconductor & Solar panel manufacturing, etc 🔧 Key Responsibilities • Generate leads & close deals in: • Water & Wastewater treatment Equipment/Engineered Systems and Turnkey Projects (STP, ETP, WTP, Zero Liquid Discharge, Desalination projects) • Pressure vessels, Engineered Plug in Type-Skid based & Modular Solutions for Process Industries • PEB structures, tanks, industrial fabrication, Heavy engineering contracts • Develop strategic partnerships with industries, consultants, and EPC players. • Develop & Pitch customized engineering solutions to meet client needs -manufacturing units, Process plants, EPC players,etc • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry → quotation → negotiation → closure → coordination with execution team. • Meet Periodic sales targets set by the company. ✅ Who Should Apply We're looking for someone who: • Is a B.E. / B.Tech. Mechanical/B.sc / M.B.A or equivalent, and has 5–10 years of proven Frontline sales experience in industrial sales(preferably Equipment sales,but not limited to)or technical project selling,with Techno-Commercial acumen. • Comes from industries like: water/Waste water treatment Equipment Manufacturing, Process Equipment manufacturing/Dealer, infrastructure, fabrication, HVAC, Oil & Gas Equipment, etc. • Is confident in meeting plant heads, project consultants, industrial clients • Exposure to Key Account Management in the profile will be an advantage • Value selling and negotiation skills. • Is a Result driven team player.
