Job Description

To lead the plant execution, installation, and maintenance of water treatment plants (RO, desalination, effluent treatment) and PET/glass bottling lines, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management - Plan, execute, and monitor *water treatment (WT) & bottling line projects* from design to commissioning. - Manage budgets , timelines, and resources (vendors/contractors) 2. Service & Maintenance - Oversee **AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for bottling lines and WT systems. - Lead troubleshooting for RO membranes, filling machines, conveyors, and CIP systems. 3. Team Leadership - Mentor 10–15 engineers/technicians across projects. - Conduct training on PLC automation, pneumatics, and water chemistry. 4. Client & Stakeholder Management - Liaise with beverage/pharma/FMCG clients for custom bottling solutions. - Negotiate contracts with OEMs. 5. Innovation & Compliance - Drive energy-efficient (solar RO, zero liquid discharge) and smart bottling solutions (IoT-based monitoring).
