Job Description

Job Assignment: Business Development Manager Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients. Conduct competitive and market analysis to develop strategic insights. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Serve as the key point of contact for high-value accounts and negotiations. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness campaigns. Proposal & Pitch Development: Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company policies and revenue targets. Cross-functional Coordination: Work with internal teams (product, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution. Provide market feedback and customer insights to help shape product/service offerings. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use CRM tools to track pipeline development and prepare regular performance reports for senior management. Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and ensure data accuracy across business systems.
