With a strong commitment to market expansion and product excellence, we are looking for a Sales Manager (Market Development Manager) to drive our growth journey by developing new customers, exploring new markets, and strengthening our brand presence. Role Summary We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to develop new business, explore untapped markets, and build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving growth through lead generation, market insights, and brand promotion. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities for existing product portfolio through lead generation and conversion. Explore new products, markets, and application segments for growth. Conduct market research and gather competitor insights to support strategic decisions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty. Promote brand awareness through networking and customer engagement. Track and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. What We’re Looking For Graduate degree required; Engineering or MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred. 2–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the fastener or manufacturing industry. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Proven sales capabilities including persuasion, negotiation, and deal closure. Market intelligence and understanding of product applications. Soft-spoken, honest, and capable of understanding unspoken customer needs.
