As a Business Development Manager (Sales) for the team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the office furniture and workstation industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. - Identify and target potential clients in the office furniture and workstation industry. - Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and meet sales targets. - Build and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. - Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. - Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales goals. - Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns. - Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address client needs and concerns. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role in the office furniture and workstation industry. - Strong understanding of office furniture products and workstation solutions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
