Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the office furniture and workstation industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients in the office furniture and workstation industry. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Provide excellent customer service and address client needs and concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the office furniture and workstation industry. Strong understanding of office furniture products and workstation solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
