Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results - driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through property sales, partnerships,and Strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: *Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. * Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop strategies to drive sales and close deals. * Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements. * Reporting:Track and report on sales activities and progress. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months to 1 year of experience. Strong communication skills,customer- centric approach,and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, convincing skills is an added advantage.
