We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to help expand our domestic client base and manage existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new clients in the staffing (domestic) market Handle end-to-end business development cycle lead generation to deal closure Build strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service and repeat business Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates Generate revenue by meeting business targets Maintain accurate records of client communication and progress using CRM tools Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities Required Skills: Minimum 1 years of experience in staffing sales (domestic market) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience in client acquisition and account management Ability to work independently and meet targets Interested candidates can share your resume on dinesh.kumar@akalinfo.com
