Identify and manage partnerships with colleges and universities. Act as the Primary Point of Contact (POC) for institutions. Conduct presentations, seminars, and meetings. Lead and train a team of Business Development Executives. Prepare proposals, agreements, and MoUs. Coordinate internally for onboarding and collaboration. Analyze market trends and competitors. Ensure achievement of business goals. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Institutional Sales. Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred . Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage pre-placement, placement, and post-placement processes. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus. Leadership skills with team management ability. Willingness to travel within Karnataka. Good presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
