Job Description

As a B2B Business Development Manager at EaseToLearn, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our AI-powered learning support platform among schools and coaching centers. Your focus will be on developing strategic sales plans, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and showcasing the benefits of our platform to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote EaseToLearn's AI learning platform to schools and coaching centers. - Identify and connect with key decision-makers (principals, directors, administrators, etc.) to pitch tailored learning solutions. - Conduct presentations and demos to demonstrate the benefits of our platform in supporting blended learning and improving student outcomes. - Coordinate with the product and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings in the EdTech space. Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or related industries. - Experience in selling to educational institutions such as schools, colleges, and coaching centers is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demos. - Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
