Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager - B2B Sales, based in Bengaluru. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in designated territories by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, understanding customer needs, providing training to clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and support the organization's growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Ability to provide Training and support to clients for onboarding and using the platform
  • Strategic thinking, leadership abilities, and proficiency in negotiation and relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate or technology sector, is a plus
