· Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outbound strategies.
· Pitch IT products and solutions to clients – including Software Development, SaaS Products, Mobile Apps, ERP Systems, and Web Applications.
· Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
· Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
· Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
· Maintain and track opportunities using CRM tools; ensure accurate reporting of pipeline and forecasts.
· Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market insights.
· Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry expos when required.
· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
· Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, technology stacks, and project delivery models.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
· Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho/Salesforce/etc.) and MS Office tools.
· Experience in B2B enterprise sales or selling SaaS products.
· Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or cloud solutions is a plus.
· Strong network within the IT industry or relevant sectors.
