Job Description

Job responsibilities includes- Discover new business opportunities for sales & marketing of software solutions offered by the organization. Develop new clients for Companys ERP (process manufactuiring)/ SFA/ SaaS based software products and services Understand client requirements and educate them about the suitable solution that can meet their specific requirements and Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle, right from lead generation to deal closure with BANT Approach Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets. Negotiate with clients to drive maximum business. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Present the product demo and elaborately describe the introduction, benefits & features of the same. Management of entire sales cycle. Depending on business requirements, BDM may be required to travel across country for developing the existing or newer opportunities. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development within the software industry. Strong understanding of software products and services, including SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
