Job Description

You will be responsible for generating sales within the assigned region and managing the entire sales process from reviewing the initial RFP to the project's award. Your role will involve utilizing strong follow-up and negotiation skills to close prospects and bids successfully. Keeping track of all proposals and bids submitted using a CRM system to ensure maximum sales conversions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, bids, and BOQs within stringent deadlines as per client and architect requirements. Conducting site visits for initial requirement gathering from clients, architects, project and facility management consultants will be part of your routine tasks. Collaborating with internal subject matter experts and leadership to develop customized proposals as per client requirements is also crucial. You will need to develop and secure business through a strong network of architects, interior designers, project management and facility management consultants, general contractors, etc. Creating sales and marketing collaterals like product price lists, proposals, product specification documents, catalogs, etc., will be essential to support your sales activities. You should demonstrate a solid understanding of the company's offerings and clients" requirements, proposing optimal solutions accordingly. Collaboration with internal design, project, procurement, horticulture, and service teams is necessary to ensure seamless solution implementation and maintenance. In terms of qualifications, you are required to have an educational qualification of MBA (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or business development is essential, particularly in commercial real estate, facility services, or building material industries. You should possess a good network of architects, project management consultants, and general contractors. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions, understanding customer pain points, and proposing effective solutions is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, are key qualifications for this role. This is a full-time job opportunity with health insurance benefits, a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses. The work location is in person.,
