Role Overview

Business Development Manager (BDM)


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement

    business development strategies

    to expand Allot Group’s presence in Ahmedabad and nearby regions.
  • Identify and pursue

    new business opportunities

    across multiple industry verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    CXOs, procurement heads, consultants, and key stakeholders

    .
  • Manage the

    entire sales cycle

    – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover to delivery teams.
  • Work with

    technical and pre-sales teams

    to create proposals and solution presentations.
  • Achieve or exceed

    monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

    .
  • Represent Allot Group at

    industry events, client meetings, and networking forums

    .
  • Provide

    market insights and competitor intelligence

    to support strategy.


Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

  • Achievement of

    quarterly revenue targets

    .
  • Number of

    new accounts acquired per quarter

    .
  • Growth in

    existing account revenues

    .
  • Conversion rate

    of proposals to successful deals.
  • Client satisfaction & retention

    metrics.
  • Contribution towards

    team development and mentoring of junior executives

    .


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of

    proven experience in B2B sales / business development

    , preferably in

    IT, AV, ELV, or system integration solutions

    .
  • Strong

    networking and relationship-building skills

    in Ahmedabad/Gujarat market.
  • Excellent

    presentation, negotiation, and communication skills

    .
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • Willingness to

    travel within Gujarat

    as per business needs.
