Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Business Development Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting IT training programs (Data Science & AI), generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners. The role involves active participation in marketing activities, career counseling interactions, and achieving admission or enrollment targets.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential students and partners interested in IT courses (Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, etc.).
  • Generate, manage, and convert leads through online/offline channels.
  • Conduct counseling sessions to explain course details, career outcomes, and institute benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, institutions, and corporate contacts.
  • Develop new business strategies and tie-ups for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for events, seminars, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
  • QualificationsProven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Education Sales (preferably in IT/EdTech sector).
  • Strong understanding of Data Science, AI, or technology-related courses (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Candidates must have their own laptop to perform daily work tasks such as maintaining client data, preparing reports, and attending online meetings.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
