What you’ll be doing

  • Craft—and continually iterate—the India go-to-market strategy, then hit the ground selling.
  • Unearth and close 7-figure opportunities across smart buildings, heavy industry, and public-sector projects.
  • Build C-level relationships, pitch at conferences, and

    set the direction

    for our on-the-ground brand presence.
  • Feed real-world insight back to the product so we keep shipping features customers will pay for.
  • Roll up your sleeves: draft RFP responses immediately, demo hardware at 7 a.m.—whatever moves the deal forward.


You’ll crush it here if you…

  • Have

    5+ years

    winning complex tech or env-tech deals in India—and the numbers to prove it.
  • Lead with data, negotiate with empathy, and aren’t afraid to call a CXO on a Saturday if the quarter depends on it.
  • Thrive in ambiguity: when the path isn’t obvious, you sketch the map.
  • Are willing to travel anywhere a handshake will speed up closing.
  • Bonus: prior exposure to IAQ, HVAC, or climate tech.
