Role Description – Business Development Manager (Advertising Agency)

full-time, on-site role

The role requires a dynamic professional who can drive growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the advertising and marketing sector
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and brand decision-makers
• Understand client needs and align agency capabilities to deliver customized solutions
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Lead pitch presentations and proposal development for prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, production) to ensure successful project execution
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new growth areas
• Represent the agency at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
• Prepare and present business performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management

Qualifications:

• Minimum

  3-5 years of business development experience

  specifically in an

  advertising, branding, or creative agency

• Strong understanding of advertising industry dynamics, campaign lifecycle, and client servicing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to drive client value and agency growth
• Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and lead generation
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in

  Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field

• Passion for creativity, branding, and storytelling in the advertising space
