Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and promoting the company's diverse offerings. The role includes conducting market research, crafting proposals, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include representing the company at industry events and staying updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Familiarity with B2B service industries such as digital marketing, software development, and consulting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in a leadership role is a plus
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
