We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and support the expansion of our business in the IT and mobile app development sector. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, including mobile and web app development, digital marketing, and digital transformation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead sales negotiations, contract discussions, and proposal presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and tech teams to develop customized client solutions. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in business development, IT sales, or B2B sales. Strong understanding of web and mobile app development, SaaS, and IT services. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Bitrix24 or Zoho. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
