Business Development Managers

Key Responsibilities:

Drive a team to achieve auto loan sales targets in the assigned region.
Allocate and monitor monthly sales targets for Finance Executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and internal teams (Credit, Operations, Collections).
Ensure dealer staff are trained and motivated to generate leads.
Support credit approval processes, post-sale service, and collections.
Maintain healthy loan portfolio mix and ensure compliance with PDD norms and credit TAT.
Provide best-in-class financial solutions to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired Profile:

3–6 years of experience
in sales, with at least
3 years in auto-finance
.
Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
Knowledge of the auto loan ecosystem, credit process, and customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
