Business Development Lead

As a Business Development Lead in Retail Design and Build, your primary role will be to convert marketing leads into valuable business opportunities. You will be expected to leverage your personal and professional networks to identify and engage potential clients. Additionally, your responsibilities will include: - Initiating conversations and building relationships with clients based on marketing-generated leads. - Conducting structured conversations with clients to uncover their needs and translate them into business opportunities. - Collaborating with the Co-Founder and design teams to develop proposals and pitches. - Supporting pricing structures, business cases, and project approaches. - Tracking leads and opportunities in a structured pipeline, providing regular updates. - Working closely with marketing, design, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client service. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Experience in retail expansion, store development, or business partnerships. - Understanding of how brands evaluate and select design/build partners. - 5-8 years of business development or client services experience in retail design/fit-out. - Proven track record of developing and converting opportunities. - Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to understand creative direction and translate it into business opportunities. - Commercial acumen for pricing and proposals. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM knowledge is a plus.,
