Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Business Development Lead. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and nurturing relationships with potential clients. The individual will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, develop strategies to expand market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. Qualifications Strong analytical and market research skills to identify trends, opportunities, and insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in lead generation and customer service to ensure client acquisition and satisfaction. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a dynamic environment.
