Team Lead (Doctors Division – B2B Sales)

Role Overview:

As Team Lead – Doctors Division (B2B Sales), you will spearhead revenue growth through our network of dermatologists and skin specialists, by promoting Dermatouch’s product portfolio. You will lead a high-performing team, bridge clinical partnerships, and ensure seamless integration of consultation-to-product sales workflows. The role requires strong expertise in telemedicine operations, pharmacy knowledge, and leadership skills to manage performance-driven sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of B2B sales and doctor engagement executives focused on dermatology partnerships.
  • Drive revenue generation by promoting and selling Dermatouch's skincare products through doctor referrals and teleconsultation channels.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard dermatologists, skin specialists, aesthetic practitioners, and clinics into Dermatouch’s ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product, pharmacy, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth prescription-to-order fulfillment flow.
  • Train doctors and internal teams on product features, ingredient science, and usage protocols.
  • Define and execute sales strategies, doctor incentives, and promotional campaigns to boost product adoption among doctors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dermatologist partners to drive ongoing sales and feedback loops.
  • Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure achievement of targets for doctor acquisition, product sales, and revenue.
  • Analyze data on doctor engagement, conversion rates, and revenue performance; prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with telemedicine regulations, ethical marketing practices, and Dermatouch’s internal policies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of skincare and dermatological products, ingredients, and market trends.
  • Understanding of telemedicine platforms and pharmacy workflows.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within healthcare, telemedicine, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing sales or engagement teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and data reporting tools.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on approach to execution.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or Business Administration.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in healthcare B2B sales, telemedicine, or pharmaceutical/skincare products.
  • Prior experience managing a sales team in a target-driven environment is preferred.
  • Experience working with dermatologists or medical professionals will be an added advantage.
