The Opportunity

  • This is a hands-on Business Development Internship

    designed for individuals who want

    real exposure, accountability, and earnings based on results

  • This internship is

    paid purely on performance, with payouts linked directly to measurable business outcomes generated by the intern

    (leads converted, opportunities closed, or revenue enabled).
  • High performers will be considered for a full-time role through a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
  • This role is best suited for candidates who are confident, motivated, and results-oriented.


What You Will Do

As a Business Development Intern, you will:

  • Reach out to small and growing business owners via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital platforms
  • Introduce SPV's consulting and growth solutions to relevant prospects
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound and organic outreach
  • Follow up systematically and maintain pipeline discipline
  • Support deal movement through clear communication and objection handling
  • Share company presentations and collateral professionally
  • Track outreach, responses, and outcomes with consistency


How You Will Work

  • Work closely with senior consultants and leadership
  • Receive guidance on messaging, targeting, and positioning
  • Operate with a strong focus on

    outcomes, not just effort

  • Follow simple reporting and execution discipline


Who Should Apply

This role is ideal if you are:

  • A recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related fields

  • Interested in sales, consulting, entrepreneurship, or business growth
  • Comfortable speaking English and Hindi
  • Self-motivated and willing to work in a performance-driven environment
  • Comfortable with phone calls, follow-ups, and learning by doing
