Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated

Business Development Intern

to play a pivotal role in

fundraising support

and

business partnerships

. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to startup fundraising, investor relations, and B2B partnership development. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited about working at the intersection of HRTech, AI, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Support:

Research and source potential angel investors, venture capital firms, and family office networks.
Maintain and update investor databases and outreach trackers.
Assist in preparing pitch materials, memos, and investor briefs.
Support scheduling, follow-ups, and communications with investor prospects.

Business Partnerships:

Identify and engage potential employer partners to expand UpStars employer network.
Support outreach campaigns to enterprises, startups, and recruitment firms.
Assist in partnership proposals, presentations, and follow-up activities.
Contribute to relationship management with prospective and existing partners.

What You'll Gain

Duration & Compensation

Internship duration: 3 months (with potential extension).
Compensation: Stipend + performance-based incentives.
