We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated recent graduates to join our team as Business Development Associates.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education, excited to help others grow, and eager to start their careers in a fast-paced and high-growth startup environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential students through various communication channels (calls, social media, email, etc.).

Present and promote TechLeap Academy’s upskilling programs and mentorship offerings to prospective learners.

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with students, guiding them toward the right program choices.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and sales conversion initiatives.

Assist in planning and executing webinars, career guidance sessions, and promotional events.

Gather and share feedback from students and prospects to continuously improve our programs and learning experience.

Meet and exceed defined sales and performance targets (KPIs).



Who We Are Looking For:

Fresh graduates passionate about education, technology, and personal development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, enthusiastic, and quick to learn.

Capable of working both independently and as part of a remote team.

Basic understanding of business development or sales will be an added advantage.



What We Offer:

Probation Period: 1 week of training will be Unpaid, then 3 months with a starting stipend of ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month. Post-confirmation, the salary will be revised based on performance.
