About the Role:

As an intern in the Business Team, you’ll get a front-row seat to the inner workings of a dynamic and rapidly scaling organisation. This role will challenge you to think critically, contribute proactively, and assist in driving strategic initiatives that contribute to growth and innovation at Mind and Matter.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Reporting Head and the team in high-impact projects related to growth and scalability.
• Conduct in-depth research of contacts and compile detailed reports across varied topics.
• Create project decks, content, and presentations to support internal and external initiatives.
• Assist, Execute business development activities including cold outreach through emails and calls. You get a chance to wear your thinking hat and device unique methods of establishing contacts.
• Proactively share insights, data using research oriented approach, learn fast.
• Apply basic knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s students (preferably in the final semester)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Naturally inclined towards content writing, blogs, and creative articulation
• Good at taking initiative, researching, and generating ideas independently
• Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic
• Basic understanding of generative AI tools is a plus
