Business Development Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target segments.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in designing and executing outbound sales strategies to engage prospects.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline and CRM database.
• Conduct initial communication with leads to understand their pain points and qualify them for demos.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align outbound efforts with our product positioning.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• A student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with outbound sales tools (e.g., Email Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems) is a huge plus.
• A self-starter with a keen interest in SaaS and B2B sales.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location

This is a remote internship with flexible working hours.

Duration & Stipend

• Duration: 3-6 months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per month
