You will play a key role in counselling student, building relationships with potential learners, and contributing directly to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Understand and align with the company’s vision, mission, and growth objectives. Proactively connect with potential learners to help them resolve their queries Build and maintain strong relationships to convert leads into course enrolments. Maintain accurate records of learner interactions in the CRM system. Make outbound calls to prospective students. Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize learner experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal. comfortable engaging with customers over phone, chat, and email.
