Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Project Management Trainer to join our educator network. In this role, you will deliver live sessions, design real-world projects, and mentor learners to build practical expertise in project planning, execution, and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, hands-on live training sessions on core Project Management concepts and tools Design learner-centric course materials, case studies, and real-world projects Mentor students through Q&A support, live discussions, and 1:1 guidance Cover project lifecycle phases, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and tool-based project tracking Foster a job-ready, application-driven learning environment Topics to Cover (as needed): Project Lifecycle & Management Fundamentals Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall Methodologies Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Gantt Charts, and Risk Management Project Planning, Scheduling, and Budgeting Stakeholder Management & Communication Planning Change Management and Project Documentation Tools: JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp Introduction to PMP/CAPM/PMI-ACP frameworks Team Collaboration and Conflict Resolution Reporting & Performance Measurement (KPIs, Earned Value Management) Required Qualifications: Hands-on experience in managing or coordinating real-world projects using agile or hybrid approaches Strong familiarity with leading project management tools and frameworks Prior experience in training, mentoring, or curriculum design (freshers with strong practical experience are welcome) Ability to simplify complex processes and foster an interactive online learning environment Excellent communication and facilitation skills Certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory Fill the form to apply - https://forms.gle/5jcv8xmdebkcxkAW8 Show more Show less
