Role Overview As a Stock Trading Trainer at LCM, you will: Deliver Live Online Training: Conduct engaging live sessions on stock trading, covering topics such as technical and fundamental analysis, trading strategies, risk management, and market psychology. Develop Educational Content: Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support student learning. Mentor and Support Students: Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students, helping them navigate their learning journey and improve their trading skills. Stay Current with Market Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in the stock market to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date. Foster an Interactive Learning Environment: Encourage student engagement through interactive discussions, Q&A sessions, and practical exercises. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver live online training sessions on various aspects of stock trading. Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and resources. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Host webinars and workshops on advanced trading topics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in stock trading, with a strong understanding of market analysis and trading strategies. Experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online setting is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools.
