Job Description: MACLEC is seeking a dynamic and driven female Business Analyst to join our team and spearhead our business development activities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commerce, engineering, and management background, with a keen interest in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and market trends in the hydrokinetic turbine sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop business strategies and plans to capitalize on identified opportunities.
• Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and reports for project developments and client meetings.
• Maintain and update databases, records, and documentation related to business development activities.
• Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Engage with government agencies, industry partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Required to visit site locations to get the insights for preparing the PFR (Pre-feasibility Report) & DPR (Detailed-Project Report)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or related field. (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & MS power point is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong content writing skills with the ability to create compelling business proposals and reports.
• General knowledge of the renewable energy sector and financial concepts.
• Familiarity with taxation regulations and policies.
• Willingness to travel within India and abroad as per business requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Support project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for potential projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize performance.
