Business Development Intern (Female)

We are looking for a female Business Development Intern to join our growing IT services company.
This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals who are willing to change their career path and learn client communication, business analysis, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients in English for meetings and requirement gathering.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth project progress.
• Identify and develop new business leads.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for client communication.
• Open to female candidates only.
• Candidates must hold a degree in Business Management

(for example: BBA, BBM, MBA, or any equivalent degree in Business Administration/Management).
– Final year students of these courses are also eligible.

• Must be able to commit to a minimum 6-month full-time internship.
• Good analytical and listening skills are essential to understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Fresh graduates or career changers are strongly encouraged to apply.
