We are looking for a female Business Development Intern to join our growing IT services company. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals who are willing to change their career path and learn client communication, business analysis, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients in English for meetings and requirement gathering. Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) . Follow up with clients to ensure smooth project progress. Identify and develop new business leads. Mandatory Requirements Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for client communication. Open to female candidates only . Candidates must hold a degree in Business Management (for example: BBA, BBM, MBA, or any equivalent degree in Business Administration/Management). – Final year students of these courses are also eligible. Must be able to commit to a minimum 6-month full-time internship . Good analytical and listening skills are essential to understand client needs and provide solutions.
