About Us

Constems-AI is a rapidly growing SaaS company delivering AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics solutions to enterprise clients. We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is eager to learn, explore B2B sales, and contribute to our customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new B2B leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
• Support lead generation using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms
• Participate in discovery calls and product demo preparation
• Coordinate with the marketing team on outreach campaigns
• Maintain and update lead data and pipeline activities in the CRM
• Help in creating sales reports, pitch decks, and client communication materials
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends
• Support senior sales team during events, webinars, and networking activities

Requirements

• MBA/BBA students or recent graduates (Sales/Marketing preferred)
• Strong interest in B2B sales, SaaS, and technology
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or lead generation tools is a plus
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
