1)Work full-time at the production facility coordinating with the team in HQ 2) Handle operational communications with HQ; leadership will manage high-level communication. 3) Oversee liquid transfer between reactors, understanding basic downstream processes, reactor diagrams, and connections. 4) Ensure correct use of flow meters and pumps for smooth process operations. 5) Coordinate the inbound shipment of raw materials from HQ and ensure proper storage conditions. 6) Report current inventory to HQ after inbound processing. 7) Follow the ingredient checklist and process flow provided by HQ to ensure the correct quantities are measured and added to the reactors in an orderly manner. 8) Supervise the input of ingredients in the specified order and ensure adherence to process protocols. 9) Monitor critical QC parameters such as temperature, pH, and specific gravity during production, for which the protocol will be provided by HQ. Ensure all QC checkpoints are met according to the given protocols. 11) Maintain accurate process logs, including recording data in Excel sheets and capturing photos of each process stage for reporting. 12) Ensure proper labeling of products and logistics labels for transportation. 13) Conduct a final inventory count after production and report to HQ. 14) Coordinate with transporters for shipment, ensuring timely dispatch with proper documentation, which will be completely guided by HQ. 15) Provide detailed reports to HQ at all key stages, including raw material receipt, process completion, inventory, and final shipment.
