Role Overview:

We are looking for a business development intern to help with lead generation, support back-end operations, manage sales operations, support outreach campaigns, and contribute to conversion strategies for our Building Epic Brands Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support paid and unpaid outreach campaigns across platforms

• Research potential target audiences across geographies and industries

• Maintain and enrich our database with updated leads and outreach status

• Drive communication with potential leads under the mentorship of the founding team and consistent follow-ups to improve engagement and boost conversion rates.

• Analyze outreach performance and help optimize strategies for higher conversions

What You’ll Learn:

• How strategic experiences are designed and delivered for founders, marketers, and CXOs across industries

• Get hands-on experience in identifying high-potential leads, crafting personalized outreach, and running structured follow-ups to move conversations forward.

• First-hand exposure to how brand strategy is taught, applied, and implemented through the EPIC Brand Map framework

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student interested in business development and sales

• Strong research, writing, and communication skills

• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take initiative

• Driven and sincere professional with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
