Business Development Intern – B2B SaaS (Remote)

About Autnum & the role

Autnum is an AI-powered financial operations platform built for accounting firms, helping them automate data entry, reconciliation, and VAT/e‑invoicing workflows.

As a Business Development Intern, you will work directly with the founder to build and qualify a pipeline of accounting and audit firms in India, the UAE, and Europe, and help convert them into sales.

This role is ideal for recent BBA/MBA graduates or final-year students (0–1 year of experience) who want hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales, GTM, and founder-led selling in an early-stage startup.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build target lists of accounting, audit, and CFO service firms in India, UAE, and Europe.
• Run structured outbound outreach on LinkedIn and email to book discovery calls and product demos.
• Help refine messaging, outreach scripts, and pitch decks based on real conversations with prospects.
• Track metrics like responses, meetings booked, and opportunities created, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student in BBA/BCom/MBA or related field (0–1 year of full-time experience).
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with senior finance and firm partners.
• Genuine interest in B2B sales, SaaS, and/or the accounting/fintech space.
• Comfortable with structured outreach, using LinkedIn, email, and basic CRM tools.
• High ownership, persistence, and willingness to learn from feedback quickly.
