Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Female Only)

Industry: IT / EdTech

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: 3–7 years (preferred in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B/B2C domains)

We are a fast-growing IT company specializing in education-based B2B and B2C solutions. Our products and services empower institutions, educators, and learners with cutting-edge technology that enhances educational delivery and outcomes. As we scale our operations, we are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (Female) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, ed-tech platforms).

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for both B2B and B2C segments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Prepare and deliver effective presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain CRM systems and sales reports to ensure transparency and forecasting accuracy.

Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and industry events when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in EdTech or IT solutions.

Strong understanding of the education industry (B2B and B2C).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platform

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in EdTech, SaaS sales, or IT consulting.

Existing network in the education sector (institutes, educators, academic decision-makers).

Knowledge of digital learning platforms, LMS, or ERP for education.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
